固位纤维在种植过渡性义齿修复中的应用

Application of the reinforcement ribbon-retained transitional denture in implant denture

目的:了解固位纤维在种植过渡性义齿修复中临床应用效果。方法:共完成固位纤维固定的种植过渡性义齿29例,对过渡性义齿松动、种植体周围牙龈、过渡性义齿对牙龈诱导及患者满意度等进行调查。结果:在3-6个月的追踪期内出现一例过渡性义齿松动经处理后恢复稳定;1例出现种植体周围牙龈轻度红肿,对症处理后痊愈;过渡性义齿能较好的诱导牙龈的外形;患者对过渡性义齿的满意度比较高。结论:固位纤维用于种植过渡性义齿中具有固位力强及良好的美学效果,可以令临床效果满意。

Objective：To investigate application clinical effect of the reinforcement ribbon-retained transitional denture in implant denture.Methods：29 transitional denture were retained with reinforcement ribbon in implant denture.Results：During the 3-6 months observation,there was only one reinforcement ribbon-retained transitional denture was loose and was cured by maintenance.Slight mucosal response was found around implant in 1 case and was cured by maintenance.Almost all the patients were satisfied with the pronunciation and the aesthetic results of the denture.Conclusion：The retaintion and aesthetic results of the reinforcement ribbon-retained transitional denture in implatn denture are satisfactory.
