摘要
目的通过潜在类别模型,探讨公共卫生学院低年级学生对双语教学的目的、态度和方法等,进而分为不同类别,为将来有针对性地开展双语教学提供科学的依据.方法以问卷收集信息,LatentGOLD软件运行探索性潜在类别分析,并对潜在类别命名和分析.结果学生对双语教学的现状可分为两个大类,分别为"支持双语教学但对效果信心不足"(占92.3%)和"不支持双语教学"(占7.71%).结论绝大多数学生均支持开展双语教学,仅少量持否定态度.主要困难在于学生认为自己的英语能力不够,担心难以适应.在将来的课堂教学中,应该采取循序渐进的方式,先从简单的开始,当学生适应后,再逐渐增加学生的参与性,提高他们的自信心和学习能力.
Objective To analyze the purpose,attitude and methods for bilingual teaching among freshman of School of Public Health by latent class analysis provide scientific evidence for bilingual education in future.Methods We cluster encountered the students from grade 1 and 2 in school of public health and conducted the survey with self-administered questionnaire.Administering the descriptive statistical analysis by SPSS,we carried out the latent class analysis using LatentGOLD software.Result Through the method of latent class analysis,all the subjects are classified into 2 kinds of subpopulation,which are the cluster of "supporting bilingual education but lack of confidence for teaching effectiveness"(92.3%)and the cluster of "do not support bilingual education"(7.71%).Conclusion Most students support bilingual teaching,only a few students has negative attitude.The main difficulty is that students think their English language proficiency is not enough and worry it is to difficult to adapt.For the teaching in the future,we should adopt a gradual approach and start with a simple beginning.After the students adapt the bilingual teaching,the participatory will be increased.Meanwhile,their self-confidence and learning ability will be promoted.
