下肢动脉闭塞为首诊表现的无症状性冠状动脉三支病变一例

摘要患者男性，61岁，从事行政管理工作，2010年7月底无明显诱因下突发左下肢麻木、发凉，此后几天症状加重伴左下肢胀痛。8月6日于我院门诊查下肢动脉计算机断层扫描血管造影（CTA）示：左侧股动脉、腘动脉IfIL栓形成，左侧股动脉远段及腘动脉管腔闭塞，左侧腓动脉湿示欠佳（图1）。
