Toll样受体在中耳炎发病中的作用及研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 Toll样受体（Toll—like receptors，TLR）是天然免疫的重要组成成分，在识别致病原和启动宿主防御反应方面发挥关键作用，中耳黏膜是抵抗致病原入侵的第一道防线，其识别并清除致病原的能力对于维持正常中耳功能至关重要，TLR介导的中耳局部免疫广泛参与中耳炎的病理生理过程。本文着重对TLR及其信号通路、TLR在中耳炎中的作用及机制等方面作一综述，以期为中耳炎性疾病的防治提供新思路。
