摘要
目的肿瘤转移是一个极其复杂的过程,至今仍有很多问题未能澄清。近年来随着肿瘤细胞分子生物学与相关组学技术的进步,人们对癌转移潜能的获得机制、癌的遗传异质性、肿瘤干细胞、上皮细胞-间充质细胞转换以及癌细胞与基质及微环境的相互作用等方面有了新的认识,这促使了癌转移理论和防治策略的调整。
Objective Tumor metastasis is a complicated process,there are still a lot of issues not clarified.During the past decade,due to the progresses in cancer molecular and cellular biological techniches,we have got many new insights in the molecular mechanism of cancer metastasis,including the cancer genetic heterozygosity,cancer stem cells,epithelial-mesenchymal transitions,and the interactions between cancer cells and matrix or microenvironment.These new findings contribute to the great changes in the theoretic basis and control strategies of cancer metastasis.
