摘要 S100A9是钙结合蛋白S100家族的重要成员之一,其功能作用广泛,参与多种生物学过程。本文介绍了S100A9在临床疾病、信号传导通路和药物靶点中相关功能的研究进展,为该蛋白在哮喘、肿瘤等疾病中的进一步应用提供了新的思路。 S100A9 is one of the most important proteins in S100A9 calcium-binding protein family,which owns extensive function and participates in multiple biological processes.The review introduces the functional research progress in the clinical diseases,signal transduction pathways and drug targets,which may provide new clues for its application in the treatment of asthma and cancer.
