荧光素钠检测牙隐裂的临床应用观察

Study of detection of cracked teeth with sodium fluorescein

目的观察荧光素钠检测牙隐裂的效果。方法对疑有牙隐裂的患牙进行诊疗。用随机、单盲的方法,对疑似有牙隐裂的患牙分别应用荧光素钠和茂康碘进行检测。结果 105例患牙应用荧光素钠检测出有牙隐裂95例,检测准确率为90.48%;96例患牙应用茂康碘检测出有牙隐裂68例,检测准确率为70.83%,两组经统计分析有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论荧光素钠检测牙隐裂的方法是安全、有效、快捷的,可避免牙隐裂漏诊和误诊。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the detection of cracked teeth with sodium fluorescein.Methods There were some suspected cracked tooth for dental diagnosis and treatment.The suspected cracked tooth were applied sodium fluorescein and iodophor respectively to detect with random,single-blind method.Results 95 cracked tooth had been found in 105 suspected cracked tooth that were detected with sodium fluorescent.The accuracy rate was 90.48%.Another 96 cases were detected with iodophor,and 68 cases of cracked tooth had been found.The accuracy rate was 70.83%,The statistical analysis indicated that the results of two groups were significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusions The detection of cracked tooth with sodium fluorescein is safe,effective,fast,which also can avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of cracked teeth.It is worthy of clinical application.
