接尘工人血清中抗核因子、人抗中性粒细胞浆抗体水平的检测

Study serum level of autoimmune antibody ANA and cANCA in dust exposed workers

目的:探讨接尘工人血清中自身免疫抗体抗核因子(ANA)、人抗中性粒细胞浆抗体(cANCA)的表达水平和意义。方法:以119例接尘工人为研究组,以86例健康者为对照,采集外周静脉血,应用ELISA试剂盒检测血清中自身免疫抗体ANA、cANCA的表达水平。结果:接尘工人血清中ANA、cANCA的含量和阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),接尘组按工龄和年龄分层,各组内层之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ANA、cANCA表达水平与接尘有关。

Objective：To explore the serum level of ANA and cANCA in dust exposed workers.Methods：The serum levels and positive rate of ANA and cANCA in 119 workers exposed to dust and 84 healthy individuals（the controls） were detected by means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results：The serum levels and positive rate of ANA and cANCA were statistically differences between the two groups（P0.05）.The serum levels of ANA and cANCA were not relation to age and work age（P0.05）.Conclusions：The serum levels of ANA and cANCA were relation to dust exposure.
