宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤180例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 180 cases of submucous myoma treated by hysteroscopic resection

目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2005年1月至2009年1月宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术180例的手术情况及随访情况。结果:宫腔镜电切术,手术时间10～45 min,术中出血约10～60 ml,无一例有感染、穿孔,术后随访12个月,患者的月经量及经期得到明显改善,治疗0型和I型子宫黏膜下肌瘤术后满意率100%。Ⅱ型术后满意率90.4%。结论:宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术安全有效。

Objective：To Investigate clinical efficacy of Hysteroscopic（TURP） in the submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods：To retrospective analysis the surgical cases and follow-up situation of 180 cases submucosal uterine fibroids using the Hysteroscopic TURP in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2009.Results：The operation time of using the Hysteroscopic TURP is 10-45min,blood loss is about 10-60 ml and no case infected,perforated.The cases were followed up for 12 months.Menstrual amount and menstrual period have been improved in,all patients.The satisfaction rate is 100% in treatment of 0 type and I-submucosal uterine fibroids,and is 90.4% in type Ⅱ.Conclusion：Hysteroscopic TURP in the submucosal uterine fibroids is a surgical method of safe,effective,and to retain the uterus,the fertility.It is the preferred method in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids.Correcting choice of indications,improving surgical skills,good intraoperative monitoring and prevention of complications are critical measures to ensure the safety and surgical efficacy.
