摘要
目的:加强食管癌患者围手术期呼吸道管理,有效降低食管癌发病率和病死率。方法:选择69例食管癌患者,通过加强围手术期呼吸道管理,采取心肺储备力训练及术后协助患者有效咳嗽、排痰、超声雾化吸入充分湿化气道,适时吸痰,气管内用药等措施有效预防肺部并发症。结果:减少了肺部感染的发生,提高了治愈率,缩短了住院时间,取得了良好效果。结论:食管癌围手术期呼吸道管理对减低食管癌发病率和病死率有效,值得临床推广。
Objective:Strengthen esophageal cancer patients respiratory track management in the perioperative period is expected to effectively reduce esophageal morbidity and mortality.Methods:69 patients with esophageal cancer as subjects were observed and purposely treaed by strengthening the management of their respiratory tracts during the perioperative period.Training their cardiopulmonary reserve force,assisting them cough out effectively,ejecting phlegm,wetting airway with ultrasonic mist,suctioning phlegm timely and applying medicine into trachea,were taken to help them prevent pulmonary complications.Results:The lung infection was reduced,the cure rate improved,and the length of hospital stay shortened.Conclusion:The respiratory tract management during esophageal perioperative period can effectively reduce esophageal morbidity and mortality.
