摘要
涡轮叶片熔模铸造的过程中陶瓷型芯的工作状态十分复杂,在高温金属液压力作用下,陶瓷型芯有可能会产生变形甚至断裂。在等温条件下,应用Fluent和ANSYS软件,通过流固耦合的方式对不同充型过程下型芯进行结构分析。计算结果表明,充型快慢对陶瓷型芯在充型过程中受到的正应力、最大剪切力、等效应力有很大的影响,同时可以更直观的展现型芯的工作状态,从而更好的指导制定实际生产工艺。
The working environment of ceramic core is very hard because of the pressure from the metal liquid during the investment casting of the turbine blade.Based on the Fluent software and ANSYS software,structural analysis on the ceramic core without coupling temperature field was numerically simulated by coupling of fluid and solid.The simulation results indicate that the normal stress,the maximum shear stress and the equivalent stress on the ceramic core are obviously influenced by the process of mold filling.From these simulation results,the working status of ceramic core is more intuitive,meanwhile,the actual production process can get a better guidance.
