摘要
采用SEM、EDS和XRD等检测方法,研究了Sb对含硅ZA40合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,合金的组织由α相、共析体(α+η)、初生Si相、ε相、Zn4Sb3化合物组成,Sb能够细化合金中的初生Si相,减小初生α相枝晶间距,提高合金力学性能、耐磨性和合金尺寸稳定性。
The effect of Sb on microstructure and properties of ZA40 alloy containing silicon were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM)、energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the microstructure of alloy consisted of phase,eutectoid(+η),primary Si,ε phase and intermetallic compound Zn4Sb3.In condition,Sb can improve mechanical properties,wear-resisting and dimension stability of ZA40 alloy containing silicon,because of it refined both primary silicon phase and dendrite arm spacing of primary phase.
