朊病毒治疗候选药物的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 疯牛病(BSE)、羊瘙痒症(scrapie)、人库鲁病(kuru)和人克雅氏症(CJD)等都是由朊病毒(prion)引起的一类具有高度传染性和致死性的中枢神经系统疾病。研究表明,细胞内正常朊病毒(PrPC)是一种广泛地表达于脊椎动物细胞表面的内源性糖基化磷脂酰肌醇锚定蛋白,在体内以单体的形式出现,不具有致病性。
