甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠27例临床研究

Clinical Study of 27 Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy Treated in Methotrexate and Mifepristone

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法两组患者均给予米非司酮片剂口服,研究组患者在对照组的用药基础上加用甲氨蝶呤静脉注射;分别观察两组患者临床疗效和并发症情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组(66.67%),数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者分别出现了恶心、腹泻、口腔麻木、一过性白细胞减少、皮疹等不良反应,研究组患者并发症发生率为33.33%,明显高于对照组(14.81%),数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠具有显著疗效,能够明显提高治疗有效率。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of methotrexate combined with mifepristone treating in ectopic pregnancy. Methods Patients with two groups were all taken methotrexate, and patients in Study Group were injected mifepristone based on the methotrexate. Separately observe the clinical effects and complications of two groups. Results The effective rate of study group 88.89% was significantly higher than control group （ 66.67% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups had complications with nausea, diarrhea, mouth numbness, transient neutropenia, rash and so on, the complication rate of study group （33.33%）was significantly higher than control group （ 14.81% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone had a good effect in ectopic pregnancy, which could improve the clinical effective rate.
