加强家属健康教育对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响

Family Health Education to Enhance the Maintenance of Hemodialysis Patients Life Quality

目的探讨加强家属健康教育对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响，提高维持性血液透析患者的生存质量。方法选取我院2008年3月～2009年5月收治的180例维持性血液透析患者随机分为观察组（家属健康教育组）和对照组（常规治疗护理组）各90例，比较两组患者的生活质量水平。结果观察组与对照组治疗后从躯体健康、心理健康及生活满意度各方面比较差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论加强家属健康教育对提高维持性血液透析患者的生活质量具有显著意义，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the ways of＇ strengthening family health education to the maintenance hemodialysis patients＇ life quality, improve maintenance hemodialysis patients＇ life quality. Methods All 180 patients were treated with maintenance hemodialysis patients, and they were randomly divided into two groups （ family health education group ） and control group （ conventional therapy care group ） of 90 patients in our hospital from March 2008 to May 2009, and to compare two group level of quality of life of patients. Results After treatment and control groups from the physical health, mental health and all aspects of life satisfaction were significant differences （P 〈 0.01 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Family health education on hemodialysis patients with significant quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
