VEGF-C与血VEGFR-3在直肠癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression and Its Clinical Significance of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-C and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-3 in Rectal Cancer Tissue

目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子-C与血管内皮生长因子受体-3在直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法检测50例直肠癌患者的直肠远端切缘组织中的VEGF-C、VEGFR-3蛋白表达,并取50例正常直肠组织作对照。结果直肠癌患者的癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达要远高于正常对照组(P<0.05),VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达与性别、分化程度、浸润深度无关(P>0.05);而与淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有关(P<0.05),且VEGF-C、VEGFR-3在直肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 VEGF-C、VEGFR-3在直肠癌组织中均呈高表达,二者的表达可能与直肠癌淋巴转移过程有关。

Objective To detect expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor-C and vascular endothelial growth factor recipient-3 in rectal cancer tissue, and evaluate its clinical significance. Methods VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 protein express in distal margin tissue of tumor from fifty rectal cancer patients were detected, and were compared ＇with 50 normal rectal tissues. Results The express of VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 in rectal cancer patients＇ tissue was much higher than that in normal rectal tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）, the express of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 has no relationship with gender, differentiation level, depth of infiltration （P 〉 0.05 ）, but related to lymph node metastasis, Dukes staging （P 〈 0.05 ）,expression of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 in rectal cancer tissue showed positive correlation. Conclusion VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 in rectal cancer tissue shows high expression, and this might be linked to process of lymph node metastasis.
