摘要
目的探讨微量元素硒与老年性白内障的关系。方法将实验分为实验组与对照组分别测定硒含量,观察硒对老年性白内障的影响。结果含硒量缺乏与有无老年性白内障有显著性差异(P<0.01),但含硒量过多与有无老年性白内障并无明显差异,提示了老年性白内障与体内微量元素硒有密切的关系。结论老年性白内障的预防和治疗中应重视摄硒问题,有必要调适摄硒量。
Objective To discuss the relationship of microelement Se to the senile cataract. Methods The experimental was divided into experimental group and control group, separately admeasuremented content of microelement Se, to observe the influence of microelement Se to the senile cataract. Results There was significant difference of the lack of the microelement Se to the senile cataract （P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no significant difference of too much the microelement Se with the senile cataract. And there was intimate relationship of the senile cataract to the internal content of microelement Se. Conclusion In the preventing and treating the senile cataract, we must pay attention to microelement Se, but also be necessary to adjust the absorbed the quantity of the microelement Se.
