二甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查中的应用

Application Value of Dimethicone Powder in Capsule Endoscopy

目的探讨二甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查中对图像清晰度及小肠通过时间的影响。方法选择在我院接受胶囊内镜检查的90例健康体检者,随机分为二甲硅油(50mL,浓度为0.5%)组、二甲硅油(100mL,浓度为0.5%)组和对照组各30例,观察各组图像的气泡量、观察效果,记录胶囊内镜在小肠的通过时间,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果二甲硅油(100mL)组小肠肠道内的气泡较少、图像清晰度较好,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组胶囊小肠通过时间分别为(222.8±60.2)min、(220.8±60.2)min和(224.5±53.9)min,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲硅油能够提高胶囊内镜检查时小肠黏膜观察的清晰度,并与其使用剂量相关,对小肠通过时间无影响。

Objective To study the vision clarity of dimethicone powder in capsule endoscopy and compare the time of capsule in the small intestine. Methods Ninty health people were randomly divided into group 1 of dimethieone powder （ 50% dimethicone 50 mL ）, group 2 of dimethieone powder （ 50% dimethieone 100mL） and control group. The image qualities of capsule endoscopy of three groups were graded according to air bubble size, and the times of capsule in the small intestine were compared. Results Comparing three groups, the bubbles of the bowel in the study groups were less, and the pictures became sharper （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The capsule transit times of the three groups have no significant difference existed （P ~ 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of dimethicone administration before capsule endoscopy improves the visualization of the intestinal mucosa, and the cleaning level is relevant to the dose of dimethicone powder, the small bowel transit time is unaffected.
