二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效评价

Evaluation of Metformin Combined with Diane-35 in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的评价二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法 40例多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗患者使用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗6个月,对患者治疗前后的临床症状及内分泌生化指标进行观察与分析。结果治疗后患者激素中LH、LH/FSH、T、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、Homa-IR各指标比较有显著性差异;月经紊乱、痤疮、多毛等临床症状明显改善。结论二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能有效控制高雄激素血症,明显改善临床症状,提高胰岛素敏感性。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with Diane-35 treated polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Selected 40 cases patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and Insulin resistance in patients with metformin Diane-35 for 6 months clinical symptoms and biochemical indicators of endocrine of patients were observated and analyzed before and after treatment. Results Hormone treatment in patients with LH, LH/FSH, T, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, Homa IR index compared with the significant difference, Menstrual disorders, ache, hirsutism and other clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion Metformin treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, Diane-35, can effectively control hyperandrogenism, significant improvement in clinical symptoms, improve insulin sensitivity.
