摘要
目的观察天麻素配伍丁咯地尔治疗颈椎病引起的眩晕症的疗效。方法将确诊的50例眩晕症患者根据入院先后顺序随机分成两组,两组均给予常规基础治疗,其中治疗组25例在常规治疗的基础上应用天麻素配伍丁咯地尔治疗;用药后观察比较两组的疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。且治疗组治疗后有效的23例患者其起效时间≤2d所占比率(60.0%)明显高于对照组(4.0%)(P<0.01),治疗组的治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻素配伍丁咯地尔治疗颈椎病引起的眩晕症疗效确切,能明显改善眩晕的症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of compatibility gastrodin buflomedil treatment cervical disease caused by vertigo.
