摘要
目的观察整脊疗法配合穴位注射治疗临床顽症面肌痉挛的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用整脊疗法配合穴位注射治疗;对照组采取传统针灸加穴位注射治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.5%,对照组为62.5%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整脊疗法配合穴位注射治疗临床顽症面肌痉挛有良好的治疗作用,且操作更为方便简单。
Objective To observe the effect of chiropractic therapy with acupoint injection in treatment of facial spasm. Methods Eighty cases were divided into treatment group with 40 case sreceived chiropractic therapy with acupoint injection treatment, and control group with 40 cases received traditional acupuncture point injection. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 92.5% and 62.5% respectively, there was significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chiropractic therapy with acupoint injection has positive effects in treatment of facial spasm, and the operation is more convenient and simple.
