多层螺旋CT在结肠癌诊断中的价值

The Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Colon Cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法对30例经手术病理证实的结肠癌CT图像进行回顾性分析,以局限性肠壁增厚作为观察对象,结合平扫、增强检查观察结肠壁的强化程度及方式,对病变部位行多平面重建(MPR)。结果 30例结肠癌的CT表现为肠壁局限性增厚,增强后病变部位明显强化,MPR图像准确地显示病变部位,手术证实定位准确。结论多层螺旋CT轴位图像、MPR重建图像有机地结合,在结肠癌诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the value of Multi-slice spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Colon Cancer. Methods CT images of 30 cases of pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. We targeted to observe the limited thickening of colon wall. By combining the plain scan and enhancement check, we measured the extent and pattern of thickening of colon wall and executed multi-planar reconstruction （MPR） to the site of lesions. Results The CT images of the 30 cases showed limited thickening of colon wall and the enhanced site of lesions had been strengthened significantly; The MPR graphics accurately presented the site of lesions and accuracy of positioning had been approved by surgery. Conclusion It is very valuable to coherently apply Multi-slice spiral CT imaging and MPR imaging in the diagnosis of colon cancer.
