重症EV71感染手足口病的临床诊治及护理

Clinical Diagnosis and Nursing for Severe EV71 Infection of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨重症EV71感染手足口病的诊断、治疗及护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院2008年4月～2011年5月诊治的375例重症EV71感染手足口病患者的临床资料。结果学龄前儿童好发,尤其是3岁以内婴幼儿;全年好发5～7月,6月发病率最高,通过精心治疗和护理,所有患者均治愈出院。结论在对重症EV71感染手足口病积极治疗的基础上,配合有效的护理措施,严格做好消毒隔离是改善患儿预后的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and nursing measures for Severe EV71 infection of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods All 375 cases of patients with Severe EVT1 infection of hand foot and mouth disease in our hospital from March 2008 to May 2010 were analysed retrospectively. Results Preschool children were easy to have this disease, especially within 3 years old infant. Annual happend from May to July, especially in June, carefully through light treatment and care, all patients were cured. Conclusion In the severe infection EVT1 hand, foot and mouth disease treatment based on positive, combined with an effective nursing measures and strict disinfection and isolation are the important measures of improving prognosis in children.
