厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片与厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的疗效对比

Effect Comparison of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets with Irbesartan Tablets on the Hypertension Management

目的研究社区高血压患者不同药物治疗的效果及其存在问题,为社区高血压临床干预提供依据。方法选取本社区120例高血压患者进行干预,随机分为两组,分别进行不同的药物干预。结果两组的收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前有所下降,但研究组下降得更加明显,两组之间的收缩压及舒张压的下降值均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片可更好地控制血压,从而防止或减少心脑血管及肾脏并发症,降低病死率。

Objective To study the effect and problem of the different therapy for hypertension in community and guide the hypertension management in community. Methods All 120 hypertension patients selected from community were studied and divided them into two groups randomly, they were given different medication respectively. Results All of the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were declined, but the experimental group declined more obvious, decline in the value of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure both had significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets can decline blood pressure more obvious, thus preventing or reducing complication, reducing the case fatality rate.
