雌激素替代疗法对围绝经期女性生活质量的影响

Effect of Estrogen Substitution Therapy to Quality of Life on Climacterium Male

目的探讨在围绝经期补充雌激素对围绝经期女性生活质量的影响。方法选择54例围绝经期女性,采用小剂量雌激素补充治疗,治疗前后采用改良Kupperman评分表及改良生活质量量表评价治疗前后围绝经期女性患者不适症状及生活质量变化情况。结果治疗后围绝经期女性潮热、烦躁、性生活异常、失眠、疲乏等主要不适症状发生率降低,身体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪沟通能力及总体生活质量评分提高(P<0.05)。结论小剂量雌激素替代治疗能够改善围绝经期女性不适症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen substitution therapy to quality of life on climacterium male. Methods All 54 cases of climacterium male were selected and treated with small dose estrogen substitution, unwell symptom and quality of life were evaluated with Kupperman scale and grading quality of life scale （ GQOLI ） after and before treatment. Results Incidence rate of hectic fever, restlessness, illegitimate sex life, insomnia and lassitude in climacterium male were decreased after treatment, scale of somatic function, role function, society function, communication abiliity and whole quality of life were incerasing after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dose estrogen substitution can improve the unwell symptom and increase quality of life in climacterium male.
