摘要 教师的课程设计水平的提高能带动教师交互能力、教学实施与管理能力以及专业技术能力的提高。本文以美国迪·芬克教授"有意义的学习"教学理论为指导,以《管理学》课程为例进行了独立学院的课程设计探索及效果调查,得出了切实的总结和建议。 A teacher' s curriculum design ability has impacts on his/her interaction ability, class management and professional skill. The article explores the innovative curriculum design by applying the theory of "Taxonomy of Significant Learning" introduced by Professor L Dee Fink, using "Fundamental of Management" as a trial course.
