教师教育一体化重在融合教师职前、入职和在职教育。在我国的教师教育一体化进程中,教育机构、教育模式和内容等方面存在一定的问题,为了弥合这些缺失和不足,需要建立教师专业发展学校以实现教师教育一体化的构想,从而促进教师专业发展。

There are problems of institutions.pattern and contents in the process of integration teacher education in our country. Establishion professional development school is to cover the shortages to achieve the integration of teacher education and to promote teacher＇s professional development.
