摘要
本文简述了单光子发射计算机断层成像装置(SPECT)的成像原理,分析断层成像的二个主要技术特征,说明断层成像质量与能否正确诊断疾病有着直接的、至关重要的关系。本文重点叙述以保障断层成像结果准确为目的的检测方法,包括采用的标准设备、校准条件、过程和方法,并且经过检测实验,给出检测结果及分析。
This paper briefly presents the principle of the Single Photon Emission Computed Tomograph(SPECT),two technical feature of SPECT analysis and indicates the vital relation between SPECT quality and precise diagnoses.Then it raises the measurement method to ensure the precise of tomography,including standard equipment,calibration condition and standard process.Experimental result and analysis are given.
