摘要
建立离子交换-电导检测离子色谱法,同时测定白酒中的甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精钠的含量。选用IonPacRAS17-C分析柱I,onPacRAG17-C为保护柱,氢氧化钠作为淋洗液,并用梯度淋洗方式,流速1.0mL/min,样品经适当稀释过滤后进行直接进样色谱分析。该方法的线性范围广、相关性好,检验快速、准确,且灵敏度高。
The establishment of ion exchange-Ion chromatography conductivity detection,simultaneous determination of sodium cyclamate,acesulfame-k and saccharin sodium in liquor content.Use IonPacRAS17-C analytical column,IonPacRAG17-C to protect the column,sodium hydroxide as eluent and gradient elution mode with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,samples were appropriately diluted after filtration chromatography.The linear range,good correlation test fast,accurate,and high sensitivity.
