电针治疗原发性坐骨神经痛的临床疗效观察

Electro-acupuncture in the Treatment of Primary Sciatica

目的:观察电针为主对原发性坐骨神经痛患者简化McG ill疼痛量表评分的影响。方法:将86例患者分为治疗组49例和对照组37例。治疗组取环跳和阳陵泉针刺后采用疏密连续波通电,对照组口服常规药物治疗,4周后观察两组患者简化McG ill疼痛量表评分的变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:电针为主治疗原发性坐骨神经痛临床疗效肯定,较普通药物治疗复发率低。

Objective：To observe the effect of therapeutic method based on electro-acupuncture on Simplified McGill pain questionnaire from patients with primary Sciatica.Methods：Eighty-six patients were divided into two groups：49 patients in treatment group and 37 patients in control group.The patients of the treatment group were treated by electro-acupuncturing on Huantiao and yanglingquan with spar-dense wave.The control group was treated with routine medicine.Simplified McGill pain questionnaires of two groups were observed after 4 weeks.Results：The effects of treatment group excel in that of control group（P0.05）;The recurrence rate of treatment group was much lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic method based on electro-acupuncture plays an affirmative role in treating Primary Sciatica,and has a lower recurrence rate than treating with routine medicine.
