面神经功能评价标准的应用现状与分析

Application Status and Analysis of Evaluation Standard of Facial Nerve Function

近年来,关于面神经损伤的研究报道颇多,取得了很多成果。通过分析近5年来面神经功能评价标准的临床应用现状,提出了目前存在的主要问题,即临床应用的多种评价标准客观性不足、操作繁杂及标准不统一。通过文献检索,进行分析、探讨、展望,以期获得一种简便易行、精确客观的标准化、统一化的评价方法。

In recent years,lots of researches on facial nerve injury have been reported and the achievements are great.Through the analysis of the status of clinical application of facial nerve function evaluation standard in nearly five years,this paper puts forward the main existing problems of the commonly used standards in clinic,such as not objectivity,the complex operation and none of common standard.This summary is given for the analysis and the prospect in order to gain a simple,accurate,objective,standardized and unified evaluation method.
