基于ETS系统的航空数据采集系统及协议解析

摘要 目前航空飞行过程中对于飞行数据的采集方法比较单一,大多是使用传统DAQ(data acquisition)数据采集卡进行采集,由于操作系统的延迟和多任务的执行可能导致采集任务的优先级得不到保证,此种方法难以保证系统运行效率和数据准确性。针对这种现状,设计了基于Real-Time模块和ETS(embedded tool suite)实时系统的航空数据采集系统,使用LabVIEW RT模块进行数据采集和解析,利用ETS具备的多线程实时嵌入式系统和防止优先级倒置设置,大大提高了系统运行性能和数据准确性。并且在实验室环境下对系统数据采集的准确性和解析的正确性进行了验证。 Data acquisition methods,which mostly used with the traditional DAQ(data acquisition)card are relatively simple in traditional flight inspection.The priority of data collection task may not be guaranteed due to operating system delay and multi-task arrangement.So it's difficult to ensure system efficiency and data accuracy in these methods.To solve this problem,a flight data acquisition system based on Real-Time Module and ETS(embedded tool suite)Real-Time system is designed,using LabVIEW RT Module for data collection and analysis.System operating stability and data accuracy are greatly improved by utilizing the multi-threaded real-time embedded system and specific settings to prevent priority inversion of the ETS system.The accuracy of data acquisition and correctness of data analysis are verified in laboratory.
