摘要
为了消除微弱信号测量中热电势影响,开发简单精确的电性能测试程序,分别设计了基于LabVIEW平台和Testpoint平台的自动化测试软件,阐明了软件开发的思想和具体实现,并将2种平台测试进行对比。实验表明:在这两种平台下,程序均能很好的适应特定环境的测试需要,测试结果可靠,并且整套测试系统成本低、体积小、使用方便、可以移植使用,能保证测试的可视化、自动化。
In order to eliminate the thermoelectric potential influence in weak signal measurement,and develop a simple and accurate testing,this paper designs two programs based on the Testpoint platform and LabVIEW platform.It describes the software development ideas and concrete realization,and compares the two tests.Experiments show that these two programs can work steadily in both platforms.The test results are reliable,low cost,small volume,and convenient to use in other computers.It is visualization and automation highly of course.
