摘要
当前,由于体育教师职前培养质量颇受中小学等用人单位的争议,其中最具典型意义的观点认为:毕业生运动技能下降明显,去专业化趋势明显。对形成以上问题的原因,众说纷纭,难以统一;因此,揭开导致这一现象背后的深层根源,探寻准确的理论视域,已成为解决问题的关键。本文力图以课程核心和多因互动为新视域,梳理、分析培养过程中涉及到的各种影响体育教师培养质量要素之间的关系,寻找其内在规律以科学指导培养过程,为提高培养质量服务。
At present,the PE teacher's pre-vocational training is controversial among the primary and middle school employers.The most typical one is that the sport technique of the graduates has been decreasing significantly and their de-professional characteristic is evident.And there is no general-accepted explanation for this phenomenon.Therefore,reviewing the deep root of the phenomenon and exploring accurate theoretic perspective has been the core of the solution.The paper tries to adopt the core element of the course and interaction of multi-factors as the new perspective,summarize and analyzes the relations between the elements of the training quality of the PE teachers during training,exploring the inner rules to scientifically guide the training process and aims to enhance the training service quality.
