摘要
现场改善作为一种先进的生产现场优化的管理方法,越来越受到世界各国的重视。当前,生产现场改善的方法层出不穷,但是具体的现场改善流程的相关研究却涉及较少,因此企业出现了"下手难"的问题。企业应该从现场评估和时间测定、5S现场改善、改善目标的设定、改善方案的设计与实施以及效果评估这几方面入手,使得企业的改善能够有条不紊地进行下去,给企业带来一定的经济效益。
Gemba Kaizen is an advanced management method of production site optimization,and it has been attached more and more attention from the world.Although there are various methods in production site optimization at present,there is little related research in specific process in Gemba Kaizen.This phenomenon results in the problem of ＂strike hard＂.Enterprises should make sure of implementing these activities under stable environment via the following 5 aspects： site assessment and time measurement,5S,improving target setting,improving program design implementation and project evaluation.
