自组织团队创新能力的涌现机理探析

摘要 自组织团队是极具适应性与创新性的组织模式,组织可以应用自组织团队,实现对复杂动态环境的迅速适应。自组织团队的创新能力本质上是一种涌现的结果,自组织团队创新能力的涌现有赖于来自团队内部和外部的各种因素以及因素间的相互作用。 Self-organizing team which is highly adaptive and creative can be applied in organizations to quickly accommodate to complex and dynamic environment.Essentially,innovation capability of self-organizing team is a result of the emergence,which is influenced by a variety of internal and external factors and the interactions among factors.
