血管内皮抑素研究进展

摘要 1971年Folkman提出了一个里程碑式的假说——血管生成假说，即实体肿瘤的生长和转移依赖新生血管的形成。阻断血管生成能够有效抑制肿瘤生长。这一假说后被多方验证并得到公认，使抗血管生成成为肿瘤治疗领域的一条新的途径和手段。血管内皮抑素（ES）的发现与血管抑素的发现基于同一个现象——“原位肿瘤可以抑制转移灶形成”现象，
