摘要
列举了公众对图书馆的几个具有代表性的误识,指出了产生这些误识的原因,并从图书馆服务理念的升华、服务环境的优化、服务功能的多元化、高素质的服务队伍的培养等方面入手,提出了延伸图书馆服务深度与广度的方法。
This paper lists several representative false understandings of the public about the library, points out the reasons of these false understandings, and starting from aspects of the sublimation of library’s service concept, the optimization of service environment, the diversification of service function, and the cultivation of high-quality service team, etc., puts forward some methods for extending library service’s breadth and depth.
