摘要
阐述了产业竞争情报策略联盟的概念,结合实际案例论述了策略联盟的实施措施,分析了产业竞争情报联盟的特点、实践形式及相关问题,对我国发展这一联盟模式提出了建设性意见。
This paper expounds the concept of the strategic alliance based on industrial competitive intelligence, and connecting with the actual case, discusses some implementation measures of the strategic alliance, analyzes the features, practice forms and relevant problems of industrial competitive intelligence alliance, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on developing this alliance mode in China.
