Study on the Decision Support for Dyeing Enterprise’s Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

This paper discusses the components of the factors of dyeing enterprise’s energy conservation and emission reduction, demonstrates divided model’s represented framework under its weighted structure, describes the concrete weighted structure of its aquatic pollution factor APF）,integrate environmental factor （IEF）and thermal balance and efficiency factor TBEF）that are included in the evaluation, and taking a certain dyeing enterprise as an example, verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
