摘要 讨论了印染企业节能减排因子的组成形式,论证了其加权结构下的分立模型表示架构,对其纳入评估的水污染因子、集成环境因子、热量平衡效率因子给出了具体加权结构的描述,并以某印染企业为例,验证了评估方法的有效性。 This paper discusses the components of the factors of dyeing enterprise’s energy conservation and emission reduction, demonstrates divided model’s represented framework under its weighted structure, describes the concrete weighted structure of its aquatic pollution factor APF),integrate environmental factor (IEF)and thermal balance and efficiency factor TBEF)that are included in the evaluation, and taking a certain dyeing enterprise as an example, verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
