Comparative Research on Planning’s EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) and Urban Planning

通过对规划环评与城市规划相关内容的比较分析,指出二者协调性的不足和缺陷,提出探索性的改进建议,以促进规划环评在城市规划中发挥有效作用。

Through the comparative analysis on the related contents of planning’s EIA and urban planning,this paper pointed out the shortages and defects existing in the inharmoniousness of planning’s EIA and urban planning, and puts forward some exploratory improvement suggestions for giving full play to effective functions of planning’s EIA in urban planning.
