臭氧消融治疗椎间盘突出症的现状及进展

The current situation and development of the ozone ablation in the treatment of dorsal disc prolapse

通过对近年来文献的复习,介绍臭氧消融治疗椎间盘突出症的原理、适应证、禁忌证、临床应用方法、疗效及不良反应和并发症等,重点介绍临床应用方法及疗效的现状及进展,提出臭氧消融结合其他方法治疗椎间盘突出症能够提高临床疗效。

Through the review of the literature in recent years,the current state of the clinical research of ozone ablation of dorsal disc prolapse was described in the aspects of principle,indications contraindications,clinical application methods,curative effect,adverse reactions and complications,and so on,focusing on the status and progress of the clinical application methods and efficacy,and proposed that ozone ablation with other methods in the treatment of dorsal disc prolapse may improve the clinical efficacy.
