摘要
目的:探讨复方竹节参片治疗实验性关节炎的效果与作用机制。方法:建立弗氏完全佐剂诱导小鼠关节炎病理模型,以复方竹节参片为实验组,雷公藤多苷片为对照组,通过测定右后足肿胀、耳肿胀、血清细胞因子进行效果对比。结果:复方竹节参片能明显抑制弗氏完全佐剂性关节炎小鼠关节肿胀及病理学改变,降低关节炎指数,降低关节炎病理模型小鼠血清中异常增高的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平优于雷公藤多苷片组(P<0.05)。结论:复方竹节参片能显著抑制促炎细胞因子的病理性升高,有效抑制小鼠关节炎病情进展。
Objective: To study the effects of anti-inflammatory of compound Panax Japonicus Tablet in rheumatoid arthritis mice.Methods: The model of arthritis in rats inducing by Freund's complete adjuvant was introduced,the experiment group was taken the compound Panax Japonicas Tablet,the control group was taken the Tripterygium Wilfordine Tablet,then observed the treatment results by measuring the level of serum cytokines,swollen of right hindlimb and ear.Results: Compound Panax Japonicus Tablet could inhibit the rheumatoid arthritis swelling and pathological changes of mice injected Freund's complete adjuvant,lower the arthritis index,reduce the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF levels,the effect was better than Tripterygium Wilfordine Tablet group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Compound Panax Japonicus can reduce the level of serum cytokines,and control the progression of arthritis in mice effectively.
