外用奇正消痛贴膏联合脊柱手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observation on external use of Qizheng Xiaotong Plaster combined with spinal technique in the treatment of prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc

目的:观察外用奇正消痛贴膏联合脊柱手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(PLID)的镇痛时效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者136例随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(68例),治疗组采用外用奇正消痛贴膏联合脊柱手法治疗,对照组采用电脑中频联合脊柱手法治疗。评价两组临床疗效。结果:治疗1个月后,治疗组感觉分、情绪分、程度分、VAS评分、PPI评分分别为(2.66±1.14)、(1.59±0.39)、(4.27±0.82)、(3.50±1.24)、(1.66±0.45)分,均低于对照组的(3.79±0.87)、(1.63±0.56)、(5.56±0.85)、(4.79±1.70)、(2.93±0.95)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察镇痛起效时间,治疗组最短1 min,最长10 min,平均(3.59±1.16)min,对照组最短10 min,最长30 min,平均(12.50±1.10)min,治疗组明显早于对照组(P<0.01)。疗效维持时间,治疗组最短16.0 h,最长35.5 h,平均(28.59±1.91)h,对照组最短7.0 h,最长23.5 h,平均(10.15±1.74)h,治疗组明显长于对照组(P<0.01);镇痛效果,治疗组远期疗效[(1.13±0.61)分]优于对照组[(2.99±0.58)分],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:外用奇正消痛贴膏联合脊柱手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的即时镇痛效应和远期镇痛效应,且镇痛效应持续时间长。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Qizheng Xiaotong Plaster combined with spinal technique in the treatment of prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc（PLID）.Methods： 136 patients with PLID were randomly divided into treatment group（68 cases） and control group（69 cases）.The treatment group was treated with Qizheng Xiaotong Plaster combined with spinal technique,while the control group was given computer intermediate frequency combined with spinal technique.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results： After treatment of one month,feeling points,emotional points,degree points,VAS,PPI in treatment group respectively was（2.66±1.14）,（1.59±0.39）,（4.27±0.82）,（3.50±1.24）,（1.66±0.45） scores,which was lower than that of the control group [（3.79±0.87）,（1.63±0.56）,（5.56±0.85）,（4.79±1.70）,（2.93±0.95） scores]（P0.05）.Observation work time of analgesic,the shortest time in treatment group was 1 min,the longest was 10 min,average time was（3.59±1.16） min,the shortest time in control group was 10 min,the longest was 30 min,the average time was（12.50±1.10） min,the time of treatment group was obviously less than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.The time of curative effect maintain,the shortest time in treatment group was 16.0 hours,the longest was 35.5 hours,the average time was（28.59±1.91） hours,the shortest time in control group was 7.0 hours,the longest was 23.5 hours,the average time was（10.15±1.74） hours,the time in treatment group was obviously longer than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Analgesic effect,long-term efficacy of treatment group [（1.13±0.61） scores] was better than that of control group [（2.99±0.58） scores]（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： External using of Qizheng Xiaotong Plaster combined with spinal technique in the treatment of PLID has good instant analgesic effect and long-term analgesic effect.
