白内障手术患者全程护理效果观察

Clinical observation of whole-process nursing intervention in patients with cataract surgery

目的:探讨白内障患者的全程护理效果。方法:将我院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的50例(58眼)需行小切口超声乳化白内障摘除术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例(29眼),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程护理,比较两组患者的术后视力,以及前房出血、角膜水肿、后囊膜破裂、前房渗出等并发症的发生率。结果:观察组在术后3 d、1周、1个月的矫正视力≥0.5者显著多于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组在前房出血、角膜水肿、后囊膜破裂、前房渗出的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理有利于提高白内障手术疗效,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effects of the whole-process nursing intervention in cataract patients.Methods： 50 cataract patients（58 eyes） who were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases（29 eyes） in each group,the control group was given routine care,the observation group was given whole-process nursing.The postoperative visual acuity,the rate of hyphema,corneal edema,posterior capsule rupture and anterior chamber exudation were compared in the two groups.Results： After 3 d,1 week,1 month,the visual acuity corrected of the observation group ≥0.5 was significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of anterior chamber hemorrhage,corneal edema,posterior capsule rupture,anterior chamber leakage in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The whole nursing will help improve efficacy for cataract surgery,reduce postoperative complications and is worthy of promotion.
