数字减影血管造影定位下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛57例临床分析

Analysis of the DSA locating the radio frequency hot coagulation of surgical treatment for trigeminal neuralgia

目的:总结数字减影血管造影(DSA)定位下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的治疗经验,探究DSA定位下射频热凝术有效治疗三叉神经痛的方法。方法:将收治的57例三叉神经痛患者在DSA引导下实行射频热凝术治疗,观察治疗期间的各种临床现象和出现的不良反应,10个月之后进行随访调查。结果:均经卵圆孔穿刺成功。手术后1、3、5、7 d成功率分别为81%、91%、93%、95%,而且术后无严重不良反应。10个月之后对57例患者进行随访,手术成功率达到96%,无复发现象。结论:DSA定位下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛快速、安全、有效。

Objective： To summarize the experience and effective methods of DSA locating the radio frequency hot coagulation of surgical treatment for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods： 57 trigeminal neuralgia patients were treated by DSA locating the radio frequency hot coagulation of surgical treatment,various clinical phenomena and appear adverse reactions were observed during the treatment,the patients were followed up ten months after treament.Results： All patients were successful operation.96% postoperative patients followed up ten months later were pain relief and with no recurrent phenomenon.Conclusion： DSA locating the radio frequency hot coagulation of surgical treatment for trigeminal neuralgia is fast,safe and effective.
