腔镜筋膜下交通支离断术治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡48例临床研究

The clinical study of treatment for varicose ulcer of lower extremity of the leg by SEPS

目的:探讨腔镜深筋膜下交通支离断术(SEPS)治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的效果及优势。方法:选取2007年1月～2010年12月间我院收治的实施SEPS治疗的48例下肢静脉曲张性溃疡患者(66条患肢),应用CEAP分类中临床评分方法,对各患肢的临床症状体征进行评价并评估离断术的治疗效果。结果:所有患者随访6个月,1例复发,2例未愈合,复发率为1.5%,术后患肢疼痛,肿胀等症状体征评分均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SEPS溃疡愈合率高,复发率低,症状体征改善明显,是治疗下肢静脉性溃疡较为有效的方法。

Objective： To explore the superiority and the effect for SEPS treating varicose ulcer of lower extremity.Methods： 48 patients with venous ulcer of leg were performed by SEPS from January 2007 to Decemeber 2010.The treatment results and the assesses of the symptom and physical sign of legs were evaluated by clinical score method of CEAP categorization.Results： 1 case was recurrence,2 cases were unhealed by six months follow-up,relapse rate was 1.5%.The clinical score of pain,swelling was significantly lower than that of preoperation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It has high healing rate and low recurrence rate to treat the chronic venous ulcer by SEPS which is a relatively effective method with the symptoms of patients are obviously improved.
