三种致盲性眼病的对比敏感度

Contrast Sensitivity in Three Blinding Eye Diseases

在0.5～22.8周/每度视角的空间频率范围内检查了老年黄斑变性、视神经病(?)和开角型青光眼三组病人的对比敏感度函数。结果在视力正常的患眼中有34～81%对比敏感度函数异常。在视力异常的患眼中有81～100%对比敏感度函数异常,其中以视神经病变的异常率最高。三组病人的对比敏感度函数改变形态也不相同。

Ranging from 0.5 to 22.8 cycles per degree of spatial frequency, contrast sensitivity function (CSF) was determined in three groups of patients with aging macular degeneration (68 eyes), optic nerve lesions (54 eyes) and open-angle glaucoma (50 eyes) in present study. The results showed that the abnormal CSF rate changed from 34% to 81% in the eyes with normal visual acuity and 81% to 100% in the eyes with abnormal visual acuity in these three groups. The abnormal CSF rate was the highest in optic nerve lesions. The CSF loss was also different in these three groups. The CSF loss of aging macular degeneration was mainly in high-frequency, for optic nerve lesions it was mainly in all of the frequencies, whereas in open-angle glaucoma the form of CSF loss was varied. The results are discussed in this paper.
