摘要
用自制裂隙灯荧光光度计对7例视神经网膜炎患者进行了玻璃体荧光测定研究,证明该检查技术是检测视神经网膜炎患者视网膜屏障功能破坏情况的理想方法,对该疾患的严重程度、治疗效应及复发,能提供比较敏感的客观指标。
Vitreous fluorophotometry was performed in seven patients with optic neuroretinitis. It is suggested that this technique be a valuable method for the study of the breakdown of blood-retinal barrier of the disease. It could give a sensitive and objective criterion for the serious degree, the therapeutic effect and the recurrence of the disease
