摘要 为科学评价开发区土地集约利用效率,针对传统模糊综合评价的权重难以确定的问题,构建了开发区土地评价的熵权-模糊评价模型,并在考虑开发区相关因素的基础上,构建评价指标体系。通过上海市洋山区保税港的实例应用,得出上海洋山保税港区的土地集约利用水平处于中等偏上,在"土地开发程度"、"土地利用强度"、"土地利用监管绩效"三个方面表现较差,应采取相应政策措施来提高其土地集约利用效率。 This paper builds an entropy-fuzzy evaluation model for land evaluation of development zone to solve the problem that it is difficult to determine the weight with the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and builds an evaluation system by considering the relevant factors of land evaluation in development zone. Through practical application in the Yangshan bonded port in Shanghai, it is concluded that land intensive use of Yangshan bonded port area is at an above-average level, with weakness in the aspects of land development level, land use intensity, and performance of land-use regulation. Policy measures should be taken to improve the efficiency of its intensive use of land.
